West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic is under fire these days after the club placed 15th in the Premier League table and just winning twice from their eight games.
West Ham have an undeniable talent and most are saying that they are capable of challenging for the top eight, but Bilic has been struggling with his player selection and tactical decisions.
Many feel Bilic does not have the right plan that will fit his team around Chicharito and instead continues to start Andy Carroll up front.
Legendary striker Tony Cottee spoke on the Hammers fans’ website Claret & Hugh about the 1-1 draw against Burnley which could give Bilic a winning strike formula that could mostly save his job.
“I don’t know what he (Bilic) will do but there has to be a chance that Diafra Sakho and Chicharito will be involved in the same team and who knows what may happen,” Cottee said.
“He may look for a different option against Brighton and Diafra has to come into his thinking… and I’d very much like to see Chicharito through the middle with Sakho one side or the other of him.
“That would push us into mid-table and then as a Hammers family we need to get behind the team and the manager as we push on.”
