Liverpool star Adam Lallana is back in training and is Doha to work his way back to fitness after suffering a thigh injury in August.
Lallana was initially expected to be out for a good three to four months but wanted to focus on returning as quickly as possible. He is in the Middle East to take advantage of the facilities of Aspetar which is considered as “the world’s leading specialised orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital.
The 29-year-old uploaded his progress on Instagram and showed his training drills on Sunday afternoon. He also shared his day spent with Barcelona legend Xavi at the Apire Dom this week with a caption: “Great week stepping up the rehab even further – getting stronger each and every day.”
