Manchester United’s Paul Pogba got injured while winning over Basel last week. He will undergo further scans to determine when he can play back with his team-mates.
Reports are indicating that he may be gone for 12 weeks with a muscle tear, but Jose Mourinho has said that they are not sure how long the midfielder would be gone since they have not received the results of the scans.
While Pogba was gone, Marouane Fellaini stepped in and helped in thumping Everton with a 4-0 win over the weekend. However, the club admitted that they would miss Pogba’s creativity in the field.
“It’s hard because he’s a top player for us,” Fellaini said.
“It’s going to be very difficult, but the coach knows how to make up for that and we’re going to help him come back stronger.”
