West Ham United Javier Hernandez could be left out against Brighton & Hove Albion on Friday after the striker got an injury while training.
The Mexico international had to undergo a scan on Tuesday and the Hammers revealed that the he can still play against Brighton.
Hernandez is now the leading scorer for the club with three goals so far this season since joining during the summer for £16 million.
Slaven Bilic may use young forward Toni Martinez on Friday if Hernandez isn’t really fit to play. The Hammers will only have Diafra Sakho as their recognised striker since Andy Carroll got suspended after receiving two bookings in the draw with Burnley last week.
If West Ham wins against Brighton, they will be in the top 10 of the Premier League for the first time this season.
There is also a chance for the Hammers to win since Brighton have not won away from home.
